Anticancer: A New Way of Life - David Servan-Schreiber

Despite its title which sounded like a textbook on how to live life cancer free, this book actually consist a lot of experiences, stories and feelings of the author; where most of it, if you are a cancer patient yourself, will totally relate to.

On the reasoning for diet and lifestyle change, the author managed to provide data with research backing. Moreover the references put together by the author allows the reader to explore and justify the effectiveness and correctness of the information. I personally felt comfortable to the suggestion that the author has presented in this book and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good read, even to none-cancer patients.

I've got new enhanced recipes that is cancer fighting added into my meals whenever I can... Will be sharing some of them. Heh..
